This is really a very important encouragement. I would like to compliment Jess. I have trained online with 6 different trainers before, but Jess is the only one who responds to students' LINE messages all the time. Sometimes the questions are small, but the students are waiting eagerly for the answers. Some coaches do not respond or skip questions, which is really disappointing. 😊
Trainer Jess provides excellent teaching, answering questions all the time, and even including workout poses. There are very few gaps where students might feel confused. This is really amazing, and the teacher can also teach online very well. I like that she shares various tricks in pictures with both languages, making them easy to understand and save for later reading. Another good thing is the clip of all workout poses, which is very helpful.
